Agreement Uploads

Documents uploaded to the Agreement Analyzer are used solely to generate analysis requested by the user. Uploaded documents are not shared with other users and are handled according to applicable security practices.

Cookies & Analytics

PropWise may use cookies, Google Analytics and similar technologies to understand website usage, improve performance, measure traffic and enhance user experience. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not function correctly.

Authentication

If you create a PropWise account, authentication is securely managed using Supabase. Passwords are never stored directly by PropWise. Passwords are securely handled by our authentication provider and are never accessible to PropWise administrators.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. While we strive to protect your data, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

PropWise uses trusted third-party services including Supabase, OpenRouter AI, Google Analytics, Google AdSense and other technology providers to deliver certain platform features. These services maintain their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We encourage users to review those policies independently.

Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and improve platform functionality. Users may request deletion of their account and associated data, subject to applicable legal requirements.
