By accessing or using PropWise India, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

Use of PropWise

PropWise provides AI-powered tools for property agreement analysis, purchase planning, ownership comparison and strategy recommendations. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

User Accounts

Certain features may require registration and authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed using your account.

AI Generated Results

Reports, recommendations and analysis generated by PropWise are produced using artificial intelligence and analytical models. They are intended for informational use only and should always be independently verified before making legal, financial or investment decisions.

User Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of documents, agreements and other information uploaded to PropWise. By uploading content, you grant PropWise permission to process the information solely for providing the requested service. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded documents.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, designs, content, algorithms and platform features are the intellectual property of PropWise India unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, reverse engineering or commercial use is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Use PropWise for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious software, viruses or harmful code.
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.
• Misrepresent AI-generated reports as certified legal, financial or professional advice.

Service Availability

PropWise continuously improves its services and may modify, suspend or discontinue certain features without prior notice. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for outages, maintenance windows, internet failures or third-party service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, PropWise India, its owners, employees, contributors, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, losses arising from property transactions, legal disputes, investment decisions, financial losses or reliance on AI-generated information.

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, engage in abusive behaviour or compromise the security of PropWise or its users.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from the use of PropWise shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Changes to these Terms

PropWise may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or business operations. The latest version will always be published on this page, and continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
